Termination Before Expiration Date. 10.1 The Hospital reserves the right to terminate such employment of the House Officer when such action is deemed reasonably necessary, in Hospital’s sole discretion, because of the House Officer's conduct, unsatisfactory performance, or patient safety. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, any such termination shall be subject to due process and review procedures as set forth in the House Staff Manual, Employee Handbook, the ACGME rules, policies, and procedures, and the procedures generally described in Section 11 of this Agreement.
