Termination by Acceleron. Without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies that Acceleron may have, if Acceleron terminates this Agreement in accordance with Section 10.2.1, then, except for the licenses granted in Section 10.5, all licenses granted under this Agreement shall terminate.
