Termination by ACCENTIA. ACCENTIA shall have the right to terminate the licenses granted herein, in whole or as to any Licensed Product in the Territory, at any time, and from time to time, by giving notice in writing to BDSI. Such termination shall be effective thirty (30) days from the date such notice is given, and all ACCENTIA’s rights associated therewith shall cease as of that date, subject to Section 8.5.
