Termination by Acorda. ACORDA shall have the right to terminate the right and license granted herein, in whole or as to any Licensed Product in any country in the Territory, at any time, and from time to time, by giving written notice to MAYO. Such termination shall be effective 90 days from the date such notice is given, and all of ACORDA’s rights associated with such Licensed Product(s) and such country(ies) shall cease as of that date, subject to Sections 9.5 through 9.7.
