Common use of Termination by Agreement between Superintendent and Board Clause in Contracts

Termination by Agreement between Superintendent and Board. Either party may propose to terminate the Superintendent’s employment and this Contract upon mutually acceptable terms. In the event of such occurrence and the execution of a written termination agreement, the terms and conditions of the termination agreement shall supersede any and all terms of this Contract, which shall become null and void upon the termination date specified in said termination agreement.
