Common use of Termination by Allottee /s On Delay of Possession Clause in Contracts

Termination by Allottee /s On Delay of Possession. Subject to what is stated herein this Agreement, the Allottee /s shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement if the possession of the Residential Flat is delayed by the Promoter beyond the Possession Date by giving a termination notice of 15 days. The Promoter shall in such an event be liable to refund within 1 (one) month the entire Consideration along with Interest on the amounts received from the date such amounts were received from the Allottee /s. Provided however the Allottee /s shall on receipt of the refund, execute such documents and writings as may be required by the Promoter to provide valid discharges to the Promoter.
