Termination by Anterios. Anterios will have the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate this Agreement and/or any Work Order (a) upon [*] prior written notice to Manufacturer, or (b) immediately upon written notice if (i) in Anterios’ reasonable judgment, Manufacturer (1) is or will be unable to perform the Services except for a force majeure pursuant to Section 14.3 (c) of this Agreement and/or Section 15.2 of this Agreement, or (2) does not perform the Services in accordance with the Quality Agreement, or (3) is unable to perform the Services in accordance with the agreed upon timeframe and/or budget set forth in the applicable Work Order.
