Termination by Apple. Apple may terminate this Agreement in its entirety or with respect to the Orthodontic Entity or Orthodontist by giving written notice thereof to the Orthodontic Entity and Orthodontist (after the giving of any required notices and the expiration of any applicable waiting periods set forth below) upon the occurrence of any the following events:
