Common use of Termination by Applera Clause in Contracts

Termination by Applera. Applera may terminate this Agreement by a written notice to Axxxxx that identifies a material breach by Axxxxx of its material obligations hereunder, and such termination will be effective sixty (60) days after the written notice unless the identified breach has been cured by Axxxxx in the interim.
