Termination by ARIAD SWISSCO for Convenience. At any time after the three (3) year anniversary of the Effective Date, ARIAD SWISSCO may terminate this Agreement in its entirety, or on a country-by-country basis, for any or no reason, upon twelve (12) months’ prior written notice to ARIAD US.
