TERMINATION BY CAERE. CAERE may, by written notice to Licensee, immediately terminate this Agreement upon the occurrence of any one or more of the following events: (a) In the event Licensee or its sublicensees, are in breach of Sections 2, 11 or 12.2 of this Agreement; (b) In the event Licensee or is sublicensees, fail to fully comply with any and all governmental laws and regulations pertaining to the exportation from the United States of the Products covered by this Agreement.
