Common use of Termination by CFC Clause in Contracts

Termination by CFC. (a) CFC shall have the right to terminate the Executive’s employment at any time during the Term of Employment with or without Cause, as defined in Section 6.5(a). If, during the Term of Employment, CFC terminates the employment of the Executive under this Section 6 without Cause, the Term of Employment shall terminate immediately thereafter, and:
