Termination by CFO. Upon CFO’s knowledge of a material breach by IC or its employees or agents of the provisions of this Addendum, CFO shall either: (i) Provide an opportunity for IC to cure the breach or end the violation; or (ii) Immediately terminate the Agreement and this Addendum.
