Termination by Company for Cause or Resignation by Executive without Good Reason. The Company may terminate Executive’s employment at any time for Cause upon written notice to Executive and Executive may initiate a termination of employment by resigning without Good Reason upon not less than thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Company, and in any such event all payments under this Agreement shall cease except that the Company shall pay to Executive the Guaranteed Payments. In such event, Executive will not receive the Severance or any other severance compensation or benefits.
