Termination by Company or an Affiliate for Cause or Termination by Executive. If Company or an Affiliate terminates Executive’s Employment for Cause or if Executive terminates such Employment for any reason (other than death), then Executive shall be entitled to receive any Accrued Compensation, subject to set off for amounts owed by Executive to Company or an Affiliate, and nothing more.
