Termination by Company With Cause or by Employee Without Good Reason. If Employee's employment is terminated by the Company for Cause pursuant to Section 6.1, by Employee without Good Reason pursuant to Section 6.4 or by either the Company or Employee after the expiration of the Term, then in such event, Employee shall not be entitled to any compensation in addition to that set forth in Section 7.1.
