This Contract may be terminated by the CONSULTANT upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Town in the event of a failure by the Town to perform in accordance with the terms of this Contract through no fault of the CONSULTANT; provided the Town fails to cure same within that thirty (30) day period.
