Termination by Contractor for Excessive Launch Sample Clauses

The 'Termination by Contractor for Excessive Launch' clause allows the contractor to end the contract if the client requires an unreasonably high number of project launches or deployments beyond what was initially agreed. In practice, this clause sets a threshold for the number of launches, and if the client exceeds this limit, the contractor gains the right to terminate the agreement without penalty. This provision protects the contractor from being overburdened by excessive demands, ensuring that the scope of work remains manageable and that project resources are not overstretched.
