Common use of Termination by County Clause in Contracts

Termination by County. If Surveyor fails to deliver quality Services, fails to achieve the defined goals, outcomes, strategies, and outputs required by County, or if Surveyor fails to comply with any conditions in this Agreement, the County shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon giving ten (10) days prior written notice to Surveyor.
