Termination by County. The County, in its sole and absolute discretion, may terminate this agreement if any one of the following occurs; 1. Grantee has breached any provision of this Agreement including but not limited to reporting requirements in Schedule A, use of the funds for a purpose other than the Project or has failed to comply with any applicable state or federal law or regulation applicable to the Project and/or the Grant; or, 2. If any representation, warranty or certification made by the Grantee in its submittal, this Agreement or other supporting documentation has been found to be inaccurate or incorrect in any material respect.
