TERMINATION BY DEFAULT – THE CONSULTANT. If the Consultant fails to meet its obligations under this Agreement in any material respect, the Company may give a written notice to the Consultant specifying the default and requiring it to remedy the default as soon as practically possible. In the event that the Consultant fails to remedy such default, if remediable, within a reasonable time to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company, the Company shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect by notice in writing.
