In the event Employee terminates his employment during the Term, all of Employee’s rights to his Base Salary, Benefits (except to the extent any Benefits are expressly available following such event) and Bonus, if any, shall immediately terminate as of the effective date of termination, except that Employee shall be entitled to any earned and unpaid portion of his Base Salary and accrued Benefits up to the date of termination. Employee shall not be entitled to any Bonus, prorated or otherwise. The Company shall have no further obligations to Employee under this Agreement.
