Common use of Termination by Employee for Good Reason or By Corporation Without Cause Clause in Contracts

Termination by Employee for Good Reason or By Corporation Without Cause. In the event that (i) the Employee terminates his employment for Good Reason in accordance with Section 4(e) above, or (ii) the Corporation terminates his employment in any manner other than pursuant to Section 4(a), Section 4(b) or Section 4(c) above, then, in any case, the Corporation shall pay the following amounts to the Employee and nothing else, subject to Section 5(g) and the Employee’s compliance with the provisions contained in Sections 5(d), 5(e) and 6 below:

In the event that (i) the Employee terminates his employment for Good Reason in accordance with Section 4(e5(e) above, or (ii) the Corporation terminates his employment in any manner other than pursuant to Section 4(a5(a), Section 4(b5(b) or Section 4(c5(c) above, then, in any case, the Corporation shall pay the following amounts to the Employee and nothing else, subject to Section 5(g) and the Employee’s compliance with the provisions contained in Sections 5(d6(d), 5(e) 6(e), and 6 7 below:
