Termination by Employee Not for Good Reason. In the event the Employee terminates employment with the Corporation for any reason other than Good Reason, the Corporation shall within ten (10) business days of such termination pay to the Employee all amounts due and owing to the Employee as of the date of such termination, including accrued but unpaid Base Salary, vacation, and unreimbursed expenses and the Employee shall not be entitled to any other compensation or benefits from the Corporation.
