Termination by Employee Without Cause. Employee may terminate this Employment Agreement and his employment with the Company Without Cause upon providing sixty (60) days prior written notice to the Company. The Company shall pay Employee all earned but unpaid compensation, bonuses, and benefits through the date of termination Without Cause by Employee. The Company shall have no further obligation to pay compensation or benefits to Employee for the remainder of the balance of the Initial Employment Term.
