TERMINATION BY EMPLOYER FOR CAUSE OR BY EMPLOYEE WITHOUT GOOD REASON. If Employee's employment shall be terminated by Employer for Cause or termination by Employee without Good Reason, Employer shall pay Employee that portion of his Base Salary which accrued through the date of termination at the rate in effect at the time Notice of Termination is given and Employer shall have no further obligations to Employee under this Contract.
