This Agreement and the Executive's Employment may be terminated by Xxxxxxxx Creek summarily and without notice, or payment in lieu of notice, and without payment of any annual bonus, benefits, Severance Payment, Retention Payment, Without Cause Payment, Change of Control Payment, damages or any other sums or payments whatsoever, except for unused vacation as provided in paragraph 7 and except as otherwise required by law, in the event that there is Cause for Termination of the Executive's Employment.
