Termination by Executive for Cause. If the Executive terminates this Agreement "for cause", the Employer will pay Executive his Salary through the end of the calendar month in which such termination occurs. Employer will also pay the Severance Benefit.

Employer will also pay the Severance BenefitBenefit payable in accordance with the option to defer Salary and Benefits as set forth in 3.1.3 above. At the discretion of the Executive, severance pay may be paid in cash or in common stock of Employer or a combination of both.
