Termination by Executive other than for Good Reason. If the Executive voluntarily terminates his employment during the Employment Period for any reason other than for Good Reason, the Executive’s employment shall terminate without further obligations to the Executive, other than for payment of the Accrued Obligation and the Benefit Obligation and the rights provided in Section 6. In such case, the Accrued Obligation shall be paid to the Executive in a lump sum in cash within thirty (30) days after the Date of Termination and the Benefit Obligation shall be paid in accordance with the terms of the applicable Benefit Plans.

Termination by Executive other than for Good Reason. Executive may terminate Executive’s employment hereunder without Good Reason upon 30 days’ prior written notice to Employer. If the Executive voluntarily terminates his employment during the Employment Period for any reason other than for Good Reason, Executive shall have no right to receive any compensation or benefit hereunder or otherwise from Employer on and after the Executive’s employment shall terminate without further obligations date of termination other than (a) unpaid Base Salary earned to the Executive, other than for payment date of the Accrued Obligation and the Benefit Obligation and the rights provided in Section 6. In such case, the Accrued Obligation termination of employment (which shall be paid on Employer’s next scheduled payroll date) and (b) business expense reimbursement pursuant to the Executive in a lump sum in cash within thirty (30) days after the Date of Termination and the Benefit Obligation shall be paid in accordance with the terms of the applicable Benefit PlansSection 6.
