Termination by Executive Without Good Reason or by Employer for Cause. In the event Executive's employment is terminated by Executive pursuant to Section 3.1.6 or Section 3.1.7 hereof or by Employer pursuant to Section 3.1.3 hereof, Executive shall be entitled to the Accrued Amount, Expense Reimbursement and Accrued Benefits.
