Termination by Executive Without Good Reason or by the Corporation for Cause. If, during the Term, Executive terminates employment under Section 7(i) hereof without Good Reason or the Corporation terminates Executive’s employment under Section 6(ii) hereof for Cause, Executive shall be entitled to no further compensation or other benefits under this Agreement except for the Accrued Amounts, payable in a single lump sum as soon as practicable following the date of termination.

If, during the Term, Executive terminates employment under Section 7(i7(a) hereof without Good Reason or the Corporation terminates Executive’s employment under Section 6(ii6(b) hereof for Cause, Executive shall be entitled to no further compensation or other benefits under this Agreement except for the Accrued Amounts, payable in a single lump sum as soon as practicable following the date of termination.
