Termination by Grant Recipient. If, after disbursement of the Grant Award, the Grant Recipient elects to no longer participate in the Mill Creek CARES Small Business Relief Fund, the Grant Recipient shall provide written notice to the City along with the reimbursement for any funds remaining or for any funds that may have been expended for an unauthorized expense. According to this subsection, termination shall bar the Grant Recipient from further participation in the Mill Creek CARES Small Business Relief Fund.
