Termination by Holding or the Company for Cause. Holding or the Company may terminate the Executive’s employment for Cause at any time during the Term of Employment. If the Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated by Holding or the Company for Cause, the Executive shall be entitled to the following: (i) payment of Base Salary and Cost of Living Allowance through the last day of his employment; and (ii) payment of the Standard Benefit. For the avoidance of doubt, no annual incentive awards shall be payable to the Executive upon a termination of the Executive’s employment under this Section 9(c).
