Common use of Termination by HosPortal Clause in Contracts

Termination by HosPortal. HosPortal may terminate this agreement on 30 days’ notice to the Customer if: (a) the Customer does not pay on or before the due date any amount payable under this agreement and does not remedy that default within 2 Business Days of its occurrence; (b) the Customer breaches any provision of this agreement (other than a provision requiring the payment of any amount as contemplated by clause 10.1(a)) and does not remedy that default within 14 days of its occurrence; (c) an Insolvency Event occurs in respect of the Customer, provided HosPortal is permitted by law to terminate this agreement.
