Termination by Hpi Clause Samples

Termination by Hpi. (a) If Callisto materially violates any term of this Agreement, then HPI may give written notice of default ("Notice of Default") to Callisto. If Callisto fails to cure the default within forty-five (45) days of the Notice of Default, HPI may terminate this Agreement and the license granted herein prior to the expiration of the Term by a second written notice ("Notice of Termination")
