Termination by Kamada Clause Samples

Termination by Kamada. Kamada, in its sole discretion, may, upon thirty (30) days notice to the Distributor, terminate this Agreement in the event that: (i) a third party acquires more than fifty percent (50%) of the common stock or voting rights of the Distributor or any of its Affiliates to which rights and/or obligations hereunder have been assigned; or (ii) the Distributor fails to receive a License in Argentina within eighteen (18) months after receipt by the Distributor of all required registration documents from Kamada.
