Common use of Termination by King Clause in Contracts

Termination by King. (a) King will have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to Inyx if (i) subject to the terms of Section 11.3(b) below, there is a Change of Control of Inyx, or (ii) the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement terminates.

Termination by King. (a) Subject to the terms of Section 7.5(b) below, King will have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to Inyx if (i) subject to the terms of Section 11.3(b) below, there is a Change of Control of Inyx, or (ii) the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement terminates.

Termination by King. (ai) Subject to the terms of Section 4.3(b) below, King will have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to Inyx if (i) subject to the terms of Section 11.3(b) below, there is a Change of Control of Inyx, or (ii) the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement terminates.

Termination by King.
