Termination by MetroHealth. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, either express or implied, MetroHealth may terminate this Agreement at will, at any time for any reason, with or without cause. Except as set forth below, MetroHealth may, in its sole discretion, make reasonable attempts to arrange for alternate placement of the Resident if this Agreement is terminated by MetroHealth (“Placement Obligations”). MetroHealth shall not have any Placement Obligations if the Agreement is terminated for any of the following reasons:
