Upon a three quarters (3/4) majority vote of all then-Parties, this Agreement shall be terminated and the Governing Body dissolved so long as, at the time of the vote, at least three quarters (3/4) of the Parties have also agreed in writing as to one or more entities who will succeed the Governing Body and undertake all actions for the continued installation, administration, management, operation, maintenance, upgrade, and enhancement of emergency telephone service and emergency notification service within the Governing Body's jurisdiction. The effective date of termination shall be December 31st in the calendar year ending no less than six months after the three quarters (3/4) majority vote for termination.
