Termination by Notice—The Trust Manager. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or the ISDA Master Agreement, the Trust Manager may terminate the Facilities: (a) if ABN fails to comply with its obligations under clause 1.5(c) and does not remedy such failure within 20 days after written notice to do so from the Trust Manager; or (b) at any time by not less than 6 months' prior written notice to the Trustee and ABN.
