Termination by Owner for Certain Identified Events. After the establishment of the GMP, if the final cost estimates make the PROJECT no longer reasonably feasible from the standpoint of the Owner, Owner shall provide written notice to CM of termination prior the Construction Commencement Date. Owner shall pay CM all compensation earned or accrued by CM up to and including the date of termination.
