Termination by Pfizer for Bankruptcy. In the event that Pfizer terminates this Agreement pursuant to Section 12(c), all rights and obligations of each Party hereunder shall cease (including all non-perpetual, revocable rights and licenses granted by either Party to the other Party hereunder), except as otherwise expressly provided herein.
