Termination by Reason of Death or Disability of Executive. (i) In the event of Executive’s death during the Employment Period, Provident’s sole obligation shall be to pay to Executive’s legal representatives any Accrued Obligations. (ii) The Company shall be entitled to terminate Executive’s employment due to Executive’s Disability.
