Termination by Reason of Death or Disability of Executive. In the event that Executive’s employment is terminated by reason of Executive’s death or Disability, the Company shall pay the Accrued Obligations to Executive (or his estate or other legal representative, as the case may be) within the time period required by applicable law (and in all events within thirty (30) days of such termination). In addition, the Company shall pay Executive any earned, but unpaid, bonus under Section 4(b) for services rendered during the year preceding the date of termination within the time period provided by Section 4(b) for payment of bonuses (the “Accrued Bonus”).
