Termination by Recipient. Recipient may terminate this Agreement effective upon delivery of written notice of termination to State, or at such later date as may be established by Recipient in such written notice, if: i. The requisite local funding to continue the Project becomes unavailable to Recipient; or ii. Federal or state laws, rules, regulations or guidelines are modified or interpreted in such a way that the Project is no longer allowable or no longer eligible for funding under this Agreement.
