Termination by Registrar. 6.4.1. In the event Registrar is no longer obligated by its RAA to deposit registration data with ICANN or otherwise escrow its registration data, this Agreement shall be deemed terminated and ICANN will notify Escrow Agent, provided, however, that such termination shall not modify or relieve Escrow Agent of its responsibilities and duties hereunder to the extent provided herein.
