Termination by Ricoh. In addition to any other rights it may have, Ricoh, in its sole discretion, shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and/or to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time. Upon termination of this Agreement for Subscriber’s default, Subscriber agrees to pay Ricoh all Fees due and owing, including the reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) of effectuating such termination and collecting any delinquent amounts.
