Common use of Termination by Salix Clause in Contracts

Termination by Salix. Salix shall have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time with six (6) months prior written notice to Debiovision provided that Salix pays Debiovision, at the end of the six (6) month period, all unpaid payments set forth in Section 4.1.1 and the minimum Payment (if any) due under Section 4.3 in respect of such Year.
