TERMINATION BY SPECIAL RESOLUTION OF UNITHOLDERS. The Unitholders may vote by Special Resolution to terminate the Trust at any meeting of Unitholders duly called for that purpose, whereupon the Trustee shall commence to wind up the affairs of the Trust, provided that such a vote may only be held if requested in writing by the holders of not less than 20% of the outstanding Trust Units and a quorum of holders of not less than 50% of the outstanding Trust Units are present in person or represented by proxy at the meeting or any adjournment thereof at which the vote is taken.
