Termination by TGTX. TGTX has the right to terminate this Agreement without cause by giving CTI one hundred and eighty days prior written notice in whole or on a Licensed Product by Licensed Product basis. Any milestones achieved by TGTX during this one hundred and eight day period will be due and payable to CTI.
